Diagnosis as well as Prognosis of Heart Diseases named Chronic Heart Failure & Ischemic Heart Disease is done on Stress Test. Stress Test is the best test to understand concept of Endothelial Dysfunction, i.e. function of the Heart at Rest would be Normal, but the Heart can suffer to provide proper Blood Supply to the Body called as Chronic Heart Failure or its own Cardiac Muscles called as Ischemic Heart Disease.
